SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12 pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12 pm EST are shipped the following business day. 

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and Express Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2 pm EST. Orders received after 2 pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via DHL/FEDEX/UPS Express for the best service and rates. 

Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
