14 Day Return Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase:)

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition, and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To start a return click here and fill out your order information in our self-service return portal. From here you can print a pre-paid shipping label and returns form. Please note that our return system is automated and will not allow you to return an item once the 14 day period has passed.

*Note - we do not offer free return shipping for international orders.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS


Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read the final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.


REQUEST A RETURN


To return an item click here and fill out your information in our self-service return portal.

The system will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and return information form.

Please make sure your item is within our 14 Day Return Policy period (our return system is automated and it will not allow a return after this time).


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


To return or exchange an item please visit our self-service Returns Portal and fill out your order information. Print a pre-paid shipping label and send back your items. Returns must be within our 14-Day return policy window in order to be eligible.


HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?


In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Returns Portal. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned, and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a FedEx/DHL/UPS location.

  

 

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?


If an item changes price within 14 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you, as long as the purchased size/color is still in stock at the time of the sale price.

 

NOTE 

 

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from their description on the product detail page, please make a VIDEO of the package and the product showing damages with supporting PHOTOGRAPHS to let us evaluate and issue the refund accordingly.

 

Return will be processed only if:

 

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you;

  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).

 

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as the incorrect color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.

Products may be eligible for replacement only if we have the exact same item in stock.

If the replacement request is placed and we don't have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?


Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 14 business days.

You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
